The accommodation within the Hall is on two levels with two main areas (Main Hall and Jubilee room), kitchen bar, stage and annex. Guest wifi is provided for hall users and a range of audio-visual equipment is available. The cloakrooms are accessible from the foyer and the main hall floor, kitchen and annex and are all on the same level, so fully accessible for push chairs and wheelchairs, while the stage and jubilee room are elevated by one meter. The maximum number of people the building can accommodate is 200, this includes kitchen or event staff, entertainers etc. on stage or in the main hall, and all guests. The premises enjoys provision for full regulated entertainment (with the exception of Boxing, Wrestling or the provision of late night refreshment) and is licensed for the sale, by retail, of alcohol. The Village Hall is situated in the centre of the village to the East and adjacent to St.Bartholomew's Church, a short walk from the Old Fox Public House and has the community shop in the grounds. Adjacent to the hall are tennis courts (operated by the Coaley Parish Council), and the Parish Council owned sports pitch and children's play facilities.
The main hall boasts a sprung hardwood floor making it ideal for dancing and sporting activities. The area is marked with a full size badminton court and indoor bowls can also be played on the floor, which will accommodate two 45 foot mats. The hall is equipped with a sound system with Bluetooth and a hearing loop and wifi access.
At the front of the hall is the stage, which is 8.5 meters wide and 4.8 meters deep. The stage is fully equipped for lighting and sound, has a 6 meter wide proscenium arch and an apron stage approximately one meter deep.
Folding Tables and chairs are provided which can be laid out (by the hirer) in a number of ways to provide theatre rows, individual tables or "banquet style" seating. Maximum capacity: 120 Persons (seated).

The Jubilee Room can be set up for presentations, meetings or small conference, it is equipped with a smart TV and sound system so is ideal for meetings as well as being well suited to compliment stage productions.The room is self-contained with direct access to a large car park at the rear of the Hall and can be linked with the stage area for workshops or other overflow activities. Both the front and rear car parks can be floodlit.

The hall has a well equipped, all electric kitchen. This has 3 sinks with hot and cold running water, a" Quooker" boiling water tap, microwave oven, electric range with oven, grill and hobs, 2 other electric ovens, fridge, freezer and large warming oven. Also provided is glassware and crockery and a limited amount of cutlery. There is a cleaning cupboard with brushes, mops and buckets. A First Aid kit is also provided. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a small Bar which has a serving area 1.8m long. The bar includes a cooler for drinks and a water boiler for hot beverages.
The annex, off the kitchen, has access to the main hall, an emergency exit door and the stage and jubilee room areas. The annex will accommodate small meetings and is also useful as an overflow to the kitchen when large quantities of food are being laid out.
